Audi A3 turned up on Tuesday for a full wrap. Customer wanted gloss black roof and mirrors and matt white on the rest of the car, not quite finished yet but it’s looking good so far!

[gallery]Audi A3 2.0TDi was remapped today by VIS. The car had the anti tune software so we had to open up the ecu, pretty straight forward though.

Easy to do using our K Tag system from Alientech, well worth remapping the car for a nice performace boost and an improvement in MPG!

Stretchable CHROME VINYL!!!!

Yes its here!! Although only a very small sample, a stretchable chrome vinyl that can be applied to most surfaces. We are hoping to get larger full rolls in January, this stuff can come in various colours, black chrome, green chrome, copper chrome, blue chrome……….. the list is endless

Had a customer call with a Mini.

It had silver stripes on the car, unfortunately thay were in pretty bad condition. the vinyl used on the car was very poor quality. Sorry to say but cheap isn’t always the best!!!! the stripes had faded quite badly and also damaged the lacquer slightly on the paint. Cheap vinyl isn’t designed to go on cars as it does and will cause long term damage. V.I.S will only use high quality vinyl that is guaranteed by the maufacturer to be applied to vehicles!!

We removed as best as possible the old vinyl and replaced it with some Carbon Fibre effect stripes in a Vipe 6 stripe stlye!! Usine a satin black carbon black to give a subtle stripe on the car
